Cross-Trainer.com exists to help develop Christians into effective leaders in their church and ministries. We believe that leadership begins with a close personal walk with Christ.
This foundation built on prayer and the daily study of God’s Word, the Bible, (Romans 15:4) will in turn produce Christian character in our daily lives.
As we grow more like our Lord Jesus Christ, (Luke 6:40) He will provide leadership opportunities that provide a chance to develop and grow in leadership skills.
Good leaders will use a variety of tools to help others grow in their faith and repeat this discipleship process (2 Timothy 2:2). The primary categories listed to the right will guide you through this process of discipleship and leadership development.
